This course consists of four related clusters, and teaching this course will eventually revolve around those. 

Cluster # 1 is Fitness. It is to be tested, examined and analyzed in the first course cluster. The focus, obviously will be at Health Related Fitness.

Cluster # 2 is Testing. It will cover principles of assessment, testing modalities, reliability of tests and all the procedures related to three major components of Health Related Fitness.

Cluster # 3 is Exercise. We will discuss every possible modality of physical activity & exercise, benefits, techniques, exercise programming, exercise caloric value etc.

Cluster # 4 is Prescription. IN this cluster, every aspect of exercise prescription will be covered for healthy individuals, medium and high risk clients, persons with various conditions and known diseases. 

One extra block will be taught within the 4th cluster is Weight Management.

The course comprises of lectures, practical sessions and discussions. Course progress will be assessed through tests, assignments, and presentations.
